The largest of the three and the most supple. Made to be rolled tight and stay closed, even with sauce in it.
This is the sheet that moves fastest in kebab houses and dürüm shops. At home, one pack is enough for a full table.

What the calculator works with
- Euro pallet 1200 by 800 millimetres, deck height 144 millimetres, own weight about 25 kilos. That is the EPAL standard.
- Cases sit square and in one direction per layer. The calculator tries both directions and shows the better one.
- The floor of a standard 13.6 metre trailer takes 33 Euro pallets. Stacking is not counted here.
- The dynamic load capacity of an EPAL pallet is 1,500 kilos. Above that the result is flagged.
How big is a sheet
An in-scale photo is still missing: a sheet next to a hand, a plate or the pack. According to usability research this is the second image a buyer looks for, and it appears on none of the yufka sites we examined. A photo brief for it is ready.
