The unit price is the price Ensar states in its own web shop, including VAT. Wholesale prices are in the price list.
This value is not yet fixed. We will only fill it in once Ensar confirms it, because an invented nutritional value is more damaging than an empty field.
The only photo on this site
This direction lets the figures do the work and therefore uses one photo instead of ten. It is the only shot that shows the production floor: a stack of dürüm lavaş on the stainless steel table, against the panel wall of the bakery.

What the calculator works with
- Euro pallet 1200 by 800 millimetres, deck height 144 millimetres, own weight about 25 kilos. That is the EPAL standard.
- Cases sit square and in one direction per layer. The calculator tries both directions and shows the better one.
- The floor of a standard 13.6 metre trailer takes 33 Euro pallets. Stacking is not counted here.
- The dynamic load capacity of an EPAL pallet is 1,500 kilos. Above that the result is flagged.
